Why get a massage?
Consider,
you spend a long day, standing on rigid floors, performing heavy lifting or
sitting in one position at a desk, or driving for many hours. You're suffering
back pain, shoulder arm and wrist pain, and you have a headache. Repetive
strain, fatigue, or muscular strains could cause some or all of these symptoms.
The way that you feel is your body's way of wanting rest, slowing down and
relaxing.
What you do about these symptoms determines how you will continue to feel. How would you feel if the stress, pain, tension, and fatigue could be purged from your body? Would you try a therapeutic massage? These symptoms describe the majority of cases a therapist encounters, but there are other good reasons to obtain a massage.

Benefits
Massage offers many potential benefits, beyond the physical benefits enjoyed by athletes, although these benefits are more obvious and can assist anyone throughout their lives.
There are also the mental, spiritual and emotional benefits that massage can provide. These are not necessarily only applicable to massage therapy, including the aromatherapy massages, but also to the facials offered. They all offer the relaxation and stress relief that assists us to move through our busy world.
